Water is like oil for your machine (body). Without it, everything works slower — your brain, digestion, energy, even fat loss.
But many people just forget to drink enough. Let’s fix that.

Why water is important (simple logic):

  • Your brain is 75% water → low water = low focus
  • Muscles need water to contract properly → no water = weakness/cramps
  • Water helps digest food, absorb nutrients, flush toxins
  • You can’t burn fat properly without enough water!

So, how much water do you need?

A simple rule:
Your weight (kg) × 35 = ml per day
Example: 60 kg person → 60 × 35 = 2,100 ml = ~2.1 liters per day
If it’s hot or you exercise: Add 500–1,000 ml more

Tips to drink more water (even if you always forget):

Start your day with 1 glass of water before anything else
Carry a bottle with you everywhere (visual reminder!)
Set reminders every 1–2 hours (phone alarm or app)
Flavor your water with lemon, mint, or fruit slices
Use a marked bottle showing 7 AM to 7 PM levels
Drink 1 glass before every meal – also helps with portion control

Fun example:

Pretend your body is a plant 🌱.
If you forget to water the plant, it droops.
Same with your body — when you forget to drink water, it gets tired, dry, and dull.
But when you water it — you feel alive, light, and focused.

Funda for life:

“Don’t wait to feel thirsty — that means you’re already low. Sip water all day like your body’s battery depends on it… because it does.”
