Getting fit and maintaining that fitness might sound similar, but there is a difference between both terms, which people are still unaware of. Making people aware of the importance of becoming healthy and fit, I followed my passion and became a Fitness Influencer.
I began my fitness journey in 2014 from New Zealand and to expand my knowledge in a similar field, I did my certifications for personal training and nutrition courses from multiple academies. Later I started training people at Gold’s Gym as a Lead Trainer.
I introduced the Online Fitness Training platform in 2017. Nowadays, due to the hectic work schedule, people are neglecting their health and facing various uninvited health issues and I am on a mission to make people understand the value of staying fit and healthy to recover from health conditions like depression, complexity, anxiety, and others.
